Branded Caps from TSh 18,000
A branded cap is one of the highest-value promotional items in Tanzania — it gets worn every day, in the sun, on site, at events, and it carries your logo everywhere it goes. At Magno Tanzania we brand caps with durable embroidery, bold 3D puff, screen print or heat transfer, on quality caps that hold their shape.
Our branded caps come with:
- Eight cap styles — 6-panel structured, dad hat, trucker mesh, high & low profile, bucket hat, beanie and visor.
- Four branding methods — flat embroidery, 3D puff, screen print and heat transfer (DTF).
- Stock colours: Black, White, Navy, Red, Royal Blue, Forest Green, Charcoal, Khaki.
- Closure options: snapback, leather strapback, velcro and fitted.
- Logo on front, side panel or back — tell us your placement.
- Embroidery thread that never fades — built for daily outdoor wear.
- Production within 5-7 working days (Express 3-4 days, Rush 2 days).
- Low minimum order — just 6 caps.
- Bulk pricing from 24 caps up to 1,000+ with discounts up to 28%.
- Nationwide delivery, or bulk delivery direct to your event or office.
Popular cap uses in Tanzania:
- Corporate giveaways — branded caps for clients, staff and conference delegates.
- Mining & construction — site crew caps for sun protection and team identity.
- Campaigns & rallies — high-visibility branding in party or candidate colours.
- Sports teams — club caps for football, athletics and tournaments.
- NGO field teams — project-branded caps for outreach and health campaigns.
- Hospitality & tourism — safari guides, lodge staff, tour operators.
- Events & festivals — crew caps, merchandise and attendee gifts.
- Schools & clubs — sports day caps, alumni and society merchandise.
Choosing Your Cap & Branding
Two decisions drive the look and the cost of a branded cap: the cap style (how it sits and how structured it is) and the branding method (how your logo is applied). Here's how to choose.
Flat Embroidery (Standard)
Thread stitched directly into the cap front. Durable, premium, and the expected finish for corporate caps. Survives sun, sweat and washing without fading. Best for: company logos, staff caps, client gifts, most orders.
3D Puff Embroidery
Foam is placed under the stitching so the logo stands raised off the cap. This is the signature look on sports and streetwear caps — bold and eye-catching. Works best with thick lettering and simple shapes. Best for: bold text logos, sports clubs, statement branding.
Screen Print
Ink printed onto the cap panel. Cheaper than embroidery and good for flat, simple designs — but less durable and best on unstructured or flat-panel caps. Best for: budget campaign caps, large volumes, simple one-colour logos.
Heat Transfer (DTF)
A printed transfer heat-pressed onto the cap. Handles full-colour and detailed artwork that embroidery can't reproduce cleanly. Best for: photo-style or gradient logos, small runs with complex artwork.
Cap Style Guide
- Classic 6-Panel Structured — the corporate standard. Firm front panel holds embroidery perfectly.
- 5-Panel Dad Hat — soft, unstructured, relaxed fit. Popular with younger audiences.
- Trucker Mesh — mesh back panels for airflow. Ideal for hot, outdoor work in TZ.
- High Profile (Pro Style) — taller crown, bold presence, great for 3D puff.
- Low Profile — sits closer to the head, fashion-forward look.
- Bucket Hat — full-brim sun protection for field teams and festivals.
- Beanie (Knitted) — for highland regions and cold early mornings.
- Visor — open-top, lightweight, popular for sports events.
Closures & Sizing
Most caps are one-size-fits-all with an adjustable closure — snapback (plastic), strapback (leather or fabric), or velcro. Only fitted caps need specific head sizes, which means ordering by size and a slightly higher price. For giveaways and staff caps, stick with an adjustable closure.
Digitizing
Every new logo must be digitized once for embroidery — converted into a stitch file that tells the machine exactly how to sew it on a curved cap panel. That's a one-time TSh 30,000; reorders of the same logo skip it. Screen print and DTF don't need digitizing.
Not sure which cap or method suits your logo and budget? Chat to us on WhatsApp — send your artwork and quantity and we'll recommend the right setup.
How to Order Branded Caps
There are 3 easy ways to order branded caps from Magno Tanzania:
1. Send Your Logo
Upload your file in the calculator. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are best for clean digitizing. Already have a stitch file (.DST)? Upload it and skip the digitizing fee.
2. Let Us Design
Toggle "Design Assistance" and send us your logo. We'll adapt it for the curved cap panel, match your brand colours, and send a mockup for approval.
3. Bulk Quote via WhatsApp
Ordering 100+ caps for an event, campaign or staff kit? Hit "Order via WhatsApp" — we offer bulk pricing, mixed colours, and delivery direct to your venue.
Information we'll need:
- Cap colour(s) — and how many of each if you're mixing.
- Logo placement — front centre, side panel, back, or a combination.
- Logo file — vector preferred (AI/EPS/PDF) or an existing .DST stitch file.
- Brand colours — Pantone references help us match thread or ink exactly.
- Deadline — when do you need the caps delivered?
Cap design tips:
- Keep the front logo around 7-9cm wide — the cap panel is smaller than it looks.
- Simplify fine detail — the curved panel and thick thread don't hold tiny elements.
- Bold, chunky lettering works best for 3D puff; thin fonts don't puff cleanly.
- Contrast matters — light thread on a dark cap reads from a distance.
- A small side or back logo is a cheap way to add a second brand touchpoint.
Delivery & Production
When will I receive my caps?
Standard cap orders are produced and dispatched within 5-7 working days of artwork approval. Each cap is individually branded, so larger orders take longer. First-time logos add about 1 day for digitizing before production starts. Express options are available for urgent events.
Delivery within Tanzania
We ship caps boxed to protect their shape in transit. Typical timing:
- Geita (our base) — same-day or next-day pickup/delivery.
- Mwanza, Shinyanga, Kahama — 1-2 working days.
- Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Dodoma, Mbeya — 2-3 working days.
- Other regions — 3-5 working days.
Event & bulk delivery
For large orders (100+ caps) we can pack by colour or by branch and deliver direct to your event venue, office or site. Just confirm the delivery address and we'll coordinate.
Tip for events: Order at least 10 working days before your event date. We keep your digitized logo on file — reorders are faster and skip the digitizing fee.
